With the development of communication technology, sensor technology, and information technology, China has accelerated the development of smart grids, and the expansion and renovation of new energy power facilities have also brought new opportunities for the development of electric power fittings. In recent years, against the backdrop of the energy revolution, the country has demanded the creation of a new type of power system, improving the level of digitalization, intelligence, and informatization of the power grid, with smart grid policies being rapidly implemented. The "14th Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Renewable Energy, jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, and other nine departments, points out that "in combination with the pilot projects for incremental distribution networks, we should actively develop microgrids primarily powered by renewable energy, direct current distribution networks, and expand the direct scale of distributed renewable energy end-users." The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Development and Reform Commission have issued the "14th Five-Year National Urban Infrastructure Construction Plan," which calls for the construction of resilient urban grids and smart grids.
